Beau Pribula has been a story worth following for Penn State fans this season. But now another Pennsylvania native is replacing Pribula as Missouri’s starting quarterback.
Matt Zollers, a former Penn State recruit and Spring-Ford standout, is set to start for No. 22 Missouri when the Tigers host No. 3 Texas A&M on Saturday.
Zollers, a true freshman, is filling in after Pribula injured his ankle in Mizzou’s loss to Vanderbilt on Oct. 25. A timetable has not been set for Pribula’s return, but it’s highly unlikely the former Penn State quarterback and Central York standout will play again this season.
