A taco eatery failed its inspection this week because the inspector said there were multiple critical violations that were found.

Tacos El Cunao on Lee Highway in Chattanooga scored a 63.

The inspector noted the employee bathroom was not usable and is waiting for repairs.

The alternate bathroom did not have a working hand sink.

The alternate bathroom also had no doorknob on the bathroom door.

Another hand sink had food blocking the drain.

Wet rags were found in the main kitchen area near dry storage.

Scoops for dry storage had no handles and were embedded in product.

The inspector said floors and ceiling throughout the restaurant were in poor condition because of water damage.

Nearly fifty restaurants received perfect scores.
