PLAINVILLE, CT (WFSB) - A man from Plainville has been reported missing by his family.

Plainville police confirmed that Adrian Kuczynski was last seen leaving his home on Nov. 4 around 8 a.m.

Kuczynski wore a black hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and white shoes.

Police said he left in a white Acura RDX with Connecticut registration “AB-98559.”

Anyone with information on Kuczynski’s whereabouts was asked to contact Plainville police at 60-747-1616.
