HOUSTON, Texas – The Harris County Precinct 7 Constable Sergeant, who was accused of sexually harassing a 17-year-old Starbucks employee in Houston, will make a court appearance today, according to court documents.
Sgt. Ostin Urbina Jr., who was arrested in September and charged with official oppression, will see a judge on Thursday about the case. It’s not clear what will happen during today’s court appearance, but our KPRC 2 cameras will be there to keep you updated.

What Happened?
According to court documents, Urbina subjected the employee to sexual harassment and two unlawful traffic stops.
