Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai launched a sharp attack on Odisha’s Leader of Opposition (LoP) and BJD chief Naveen Patnaik on Thursday while campaigning for BJP candidate Jay Dholakia in Panchampur under Nuapada district.
