LOUISVILLE, Ky. — With the death toll from the UPS cargo plane crash now reaching at least 12 people , city leaders are prioritizing providing resources to families affected.
“Whether you're a family member of someone who is still missing or have been notified as a victim of this crash, whether you're part of the UPS family, whether you know people who are part of the UPS family, everyone in our city I know has been hurt by this tragedy,” said Mayor Craig Greenberg, D-Louisville.
Greenberg has stressed that any family affected should be directed to its Family Reunification Center at 2911 Taylor Blvd. There, the Red Cross, Seven Counties Services and others can provide resources to families in need.
He also focused on the mental health of affected.
