The death toll from the UPS plane crash in Louisville has risen to 12, and one of the victims may have been a child, officials said.

Mayor Craig Greenberg confirmed the 12 deaths on Wednesday, Nov. 5, one day after the crash near Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, according to ABC affiliate WHAS .

Three of the victims are believed to be the three people who were onboard the plane when it crashed on Tuesday, Nov. 4, Greenberg said.
