A Brazilian influencer known on social media as the “Human Barbie” has died at the age of 31, after undergoing 27 cosmetic surgeries, according to reports.

The deceased, Barbara Jankavski, reportedly died over the weekend. A local attorney told police he and Jankavski took illegal substances together in Sao Paulo on Nov. 2, and he at one point realized she was not moving, CNN Brazil reported.

The attorney, 51, allegedly told detectives he hired the woman for “sexual services” on the date she died, according to the outlet. She was reportedly found by police with an injury to her left eye and marks on her back.

Sao Paulo police are treating Jankavski’s death as suspicious and have ordered an autopsy and toxicology report, CNN Brasil reported.
