CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department has charged a suspect in connection with a deadly apartment complex shooting on Halloween.
Zaire Christopher Nelson, 20, of Charleston, is charged with murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and pointing and presenting a firearm.
The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has released the name of the man who was killed in a Halloween party shooting Friday night.
