BALDWIN — When a season ends, it’s always hard.
Wednesday was no different for the Pentwater varsity volleyball team as its 2025 campaign ended in Baldwin against Marion.
The Falcons brought the energy and intensity, but it wasn’t enough to slow down the Eagles and they lost 3-0 (21-25, 23-25, 15-25) in the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 4 District 109 semifinals in the Max Brail Gymnasium.
“It wasn’t the ending we hoped for, but the team played with heart, determination, and never stopped fighting,” Falcons head coach Kelly Pascavis said. “We’re proud of the effort and teamwork shown on the court tonight.”
