(WFRV) - Those planning to fly Spirit out of Wisconsin's biggest airport may need to find a new airline, as it announced that it is discontinuing service at Milwaukee.
Spirit Airlines provided a statement to Local 5 saying it made the decision to discontinue service at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. The decision is effective as of January 8, 2026.
The company said those with affected travel plans will be notified about their options, which include a refund.
