FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Of the 456 players that entered Season 2 of "Squid Game: The Challenge" on Netflix, four have Arkansas ties.

"Squid Game" is a South Korean series that gained global attention for its high-stakes survival games.

However, the Netflix reality version "Squid Game: The Challenge" lets contestants compete in reimagined versions of those games for a cash prize, without the life-or-death consequences of the original show.

Of the four contestants hailing from the Natural State, two remain uneliminated as of Nov. 6.
