CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Two Philadelphia men have received lengthy prison terms for their roles in a Pennsylvania to Northern West Virginia drug distribution operation.
Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh sentenced Odell Epps, 47, to 130 months for two drug crimes, with credit for time served since Feb. 13, 2024.
Kleeh sentenced Frank Brown, 36, to 120 months, also for two drug crimes, with credit for time served from July 5-8, 2024, and from Sept. 24, 2024, to the present.
The case began in 2024 with the indictment of 25 individuals. Most of the defendants have been convicted and sentenced, many receiving lengthy prison terms.
The Mon Metro Drug Task Force led the investigation.
