LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - The Estacado Matadors (7-3, 4-1) are on an open date this week but are now turning their attention to next round since they have officially qualified for the postseason.

If Lubbock-Cooper Liberty (8-1, 4-0) wins against Levelland (6-3, 2-2), they are the district champions outright, and the Mats would open the playoffs against Fort Stockton. If Levelland wins, first-place could result in a three-way tie and Estacado’s opponent could be Fort Stockton, Monahans, or Seminole.
