Houston – Taylor Ayanna is proving that you can follow every dream without choosing just one. The Houston native has quickly become a rising multi-talented artist, gaining attention for her smooth R&B vocals, pop sound, and confident on-camera presence.

Ayanna stopped by Studio B to talk about her breakout moment and her new music video, which highlights her storytelling and signature style. She grew up in the Westchase area and attended St. Agnes Academy before earning her bachelor of Fine Arts in acting from Howard University. She now lives in Los Angeles but says Houston will always be home.

“I started off doing musical theater, so I never felt like I had to pick just one lane,” Ayanna said. “My gift is storytelling. No matter what medium it is, they all fuel each other.”
