SPOKANE, Wash. — Veteran's Day is on Nov. 11 and that means there will be some city and county closures and changes within Spokane.

Spokane County Offices
Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) closed.
North County (22123 N. Elk-Chattaroy Road, Colbert) and Spokane Valley ((3914 N. Sullivan Road) Transfer Stations will stay open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Free veterans golf at Spokane County's Liberty Lake and Latah Creek Golf Courses. Make sure to bring an active or retired military ID, Veterans Affairs ID card or a DD214 to play.

On-street parking meters and kiosks will not require payment on Nov. 11. Parking is free on holidays.
