Kourtney Kardashian is keeping the day of Rocky Barker 's birth fresh in her mind.

Five days after celebrating her and Travis Barker 's son turning 2 , the Kardashians star shared a never-before-seen photo taken shortly after Rocky's arrival in 2023.

As seen in a snapshot posted on Instagram Nov. 6 , Kourtney was wearing gray pajamas as she cradled her baby boy while lounging on a hospital bed. To protect Rocky's privacy, the 47-year-old—who is also mom to kids Mason , 15, Penelope , 12, and Reign , 10, with ex Scott Disick — covered her son's face with a heart emoji.
