TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Warm afternoons will continue for a few more days, as afternoon highs stay near 80.
Morning low temperatures are also rising, with 60s expected this weekend. However, a strong cold front on Sunday will quickly change all that, as highs on Monday will struggle to even reach 60, even with sunshine.
Unfortunately, only a few showers are expected with the front before it turns very dry again next week.
Strong northwest winds could enhance wildfire danger, and will make temps feel even colder on Monday.
Lows could reach frosty or frozen levels Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, with inland temps in the low to mid 30s. Yes, it’s several days away, but start planning ahead to protect people, pets, and plants Monday night and Tuesday night.
