TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Authorities made two arrests after a large amount of drugs was found on a train in the Tucson area on Oct. 25.

Arizona DPS said detectives seized more than 450 pounds of meth and a pound of pink cocaine from a railcar. The drugs were worth around $1.5 million.

DPS said it was working with Homeland Security in a joint operation focused on trains.

“The AZDPS thanks our law enforcement partners at HSI, CBP Air and Marine Operations, and Border Patrol Nogales Disrupt for their collaboration and support in this investigation,” DPS said in a release.
