ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Southeastern Conference Women's Soccer Tournament has begun, bringing thousands of fans to Escambia County.
According to an Escambia County news release, over 4,500 fans attended the first two days of the tournament, which began on Nov. 2.
The tournament is taking place at the Ashton Brosnaham Athletic Park for the fourth year in a row.
"I appreciate the continued partnership with Pensacola Sports and the SEC, along with the countless staff members and volunteers who work hard to make this event a success," Escambia County District 5 Commissioner Steven Barry said.
