Flight operations at the Delhi airport have been delayed due to a “technical issue with the Air Traffic Control (ATC) system”, the Indira Gandhi International Airport authorities said on Friday morning. It is still not known by when the issue is expected to be resolved.
Their team is actively working with all stakeholders, including Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) to resolve the issue.
The autorities advised passengers to stay in touch with their respective airlines for the latest flight updates. “We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused,” the airport said.
Earlier on November 5, flight operations of a few airlines were hit at the Delhi airport due to a “technical glitch”. The glitch caused disruptions for nearly half an hour.
