A person is in critical condition after a shooting on the east side of Indianapolis on Thursday evening.

According to metro police, officers responded to the 4000 block of E. 10th Street. Officers at the scene found a victim with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. The victim is reported to be in critical condition.

IMPD has not released any other details at this time.
