INDIANAPOLIS — One person was critically wounded in a shooting on the east side of Indianapolis late Thursday.

According to an IMPD spokesperson, the shooting happened just before 11 p.m. in the 4000 block of East 10th Street, just east of North Sherman Drive. Officers found one person who had apparently been shot at the scene.

That victim was reported to be in critical condition.

There is no information about a possible motive or suspect at this time.
