BELL COUNTY, Texas — One person is dead following a crash in Bell County, the Texas Department of Public Safety has confirmed.

Texas DPS said the crash happened along FM 485 W. near the Bell/Milam county line on Thursday, Nov. 6. The Cameron Volunteer Fire Department said the road going towards Temple was shut down due to the crash.

Texas DPS confirmed one person died in the crash.
