Actor Kartik Aaryan revealed that his fitness transformation is the result of disciplined nutrition and a vegetarian diet rather than any shortcuts or tricks. In a conversation with podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia, Kartik shared that he has no difficulty meeting his protein requirements as a vegetarian.
