The proposed Residences at Hawthorne would provide affordable housing to residents in Dartmouth, but neighbors are voicing their concerns about the potential for traffic tie-ups.

Property owners Ivonilde Hathaway and Stephanie Demello of Bliss Investors, LLC , are represented by Paul Cusson of Delphic Associates on this project.

Bliss Investors is seeking a Chapter 40B comprehensive permit to develop a total of 147 homes, including 117 single-family homes and 32 duplex apartments on approximately 56 acres of land. It will be called the Residences at Hawthorne at 970 Tucker Road.
