Two men have been injured following a disturbance in North Ormesby . Emergency services were called to Orme Court, in North Ormesby , at around 9.30pm on Thursday, November 6.

The men, both aged 44, were taken to hospital where they remain on Friday morning, November 7. One of them men has been seriously injured, a spokesperson for Cleveland Police has confirmed.

A police cordon has been in place around flats in Middlesbrough following an incident on Thursday night. A large police presence is at the scene at Orme Court, North Ormesby.

There are several police vehicles parked at the scene and forensic officers in white suits have been in attendance. The North East Ambulance Service has said it requested support from the Great North Air Ambulance, who attended by road.
