MADISON (WKOW) — The Wisconsin Department of Health Services said Friday that everyone in the state should have their full November Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
The department posted on social media that full November benefits are available on all QUEST cards for FoodShare members. To check your balance, call 877-415-5164.
Gov. Tony Evers said Thursday that people who receive benefits through SNAP should get them overnight.
This comes after a federal court ordered the Trump Administration to use federal funding for SNAP. The federal government had previously said it would only cover 65% of benefits.
SNAP provides food assistance payments to 700,000 Wisconsinites.
