FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - As rain showers already wind down for the day, skies will clear and winds will stay gusty. The real changes arrive this weekend with the second cold front set to cross. Temperatures drop significantly throughout the weekend. Cloudy skies in store tomorrow with a few rain showers late before those rain showers transition into wet snowflakes on Sunday with the temperature drop.
Right now there is no reason to be concerned with the snow chance this weekend. Although models have primarily snowy conditions Sunday and into Monday, most snow will fall as wet snow with little to no accumulation. Despite some models suggesting we could see a few inches of snow, snow depth (how much snow is on the ground) is virtually nothing. This means any snow that will fall is expected
