A 'callous' hit-and-run driver fatally injured a man with 'a heart of gold' as he sped off from a failed drugs deal.

Aden Wright's VW Golf collided with Ryan Griffiths in Burleigh Road, Wolverhampton, on August 21 last year, leaving him lying motionless in the road.

Ryan was taken to hospital but, due to the extent of his injuries, he died two days later.

Wright went on to enlist the help of others to take the vehicle off the road and even tried to frame someone else for the crime.
