Ontario’s animal welfare agency is investigating after a dead dog and more than a dozen abandoned pups were found northeast of Woodstock, provincial police say.
Police found a dog dead in a ditch and 15 abandoned young dogs on Township Road 8 in Blandford-Blenheim after being called to the area about 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Oxford OPP said Friday.
