LSU week gets us thinking about corn dogs. For no particular reason.

But if the childish playground insult gives us a hankering for our favorite meat on a stick, it gives us much-needed common ground with the Bayou Bengals.

Frankly, whether it’s from a hut at a state fair or gussied up in a Michelin Guide restaurant , we dig corn dogs. And if you can’t make it to the tailgate or food truck on campus on this or any other gameday, seek out these sticks up and down the state.

You’ll find that they all, ahem, cut the mustard.
