TUCUMCARI, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police have arrested a man accused of committing a drive-by shooting in Tucumcari in August.

Officers responded on Aug. 20 to a report that an individual driving in a vehicle on Tucumcari Boulevard shot at another driver who was parked along the road. Police said the victim was grazed on the back of the neck by a bullet, and the suspect vehicle fled.
