CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Police District 2 are seeking assistance from the public in locating a 17-year-old girl who is missing.

Officers say Valissa Toney left her home from the 3900 block of Storer Avenue Tuesday, Nov. 4 and has not returned since.

She was last seen near West 28th and Detroit Avenue on Nov. 6.

Officers describe Toney as 5-foot-2 and 150 pounds.

According to police, she was last seen wearing Baggie blue jogging pants, white Jordan shoes and in a red, white and blue jacket.
