ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Rogers Police Department is asking for the public's assistance regarding a hit-and-run that occurred on Friday night.

RPD said in a social media post that around 6:30 p.m., a cyclist was hit by a large white vehicle at the Frisco Apartments on West Walnut Street. The department said it could have been a truck or SUV.

The driver fled the scene, traveling east on West Walnut Street.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call 479-636-4141 and ask to speak with Officer Ketter.
