A predator who repeatedly sexually assaulted an at-risk teen is at large in Virginia, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

Dominic Kuykendall, 53, who has no fixed address, is wanted on multiple counts of rape and abduction with intent to defile after he preyed on a young girl who voluntarily left the Youth for Tomorrow facility on Hazel Circle Drive in Bristow.

According to investigators, Kuykendall was walking in the area when she came upon Kuykendall, who was parked nearby in his vehicle.

"During the course of their encounter, the accused displayed a knife and forced the victim into the vehicle," police said. "While inside the vehicle, the accused sexually assaulted the victim on more than one occasion."

The girl was able to get free and flagged down nearby bystanders, who were able to contact the police.

Warrants for Kuykendall's arrest were issued after attempts to locate him were unsuccessful, police said.

Kuykendall was described as a 6-foot man who is approximately 220 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He is known to operate a 2003 Ford Escape with the Virginia license plate THJ-6176.

Anyone with information has been asked to contact detectives at the Prince William County Police Department.
