FELCH TOWNSHIP — Circle Power, the company developing Groveland Mine Solar, has announced a $5,000 donation to meet a pressing challenge at North Dickinson County School: replacing the school music program’s aging electric piano.

The program enriches the entire student body through elementary music classes, high school band and choir, and community events. The current piano has been in service for about 30 years and has deteriorating keys that affect the instrument’s consistency.

Circle Power presented a check for the $5,000 donation, which will contribute half of the total $10,000 cost of replacing the piano. The donation is part of Circle Power’s ongoing commitment to local partnerships connected to its Groveland Mine Solar project.
