From Cantonese barbecue to Shanghainese dim sum, and Hong Kong-style hotpot to Lanzhou beef noodles, the Chinese Restaurant Awards ‘ inaugural Elite 30 Canada list ranks the country’s best. In its 16-year history, this is the first time the Vancouver-based organization has rated spots nationwide.
Dynasty Seafood Restaurant in Vancouver took top honours for its elegant Cantonese cuisine. Established in 2009, “the restaurant carries a reputation built on craftsmanship, consistency and heart,” according to the Chinese Restaurant Awards.
