COLUMBUS, Ohio — From the cliffs of Hocking Hills to bald eagles soaring above the Scioto River, Ohio’s wild side is taking center stage on the big screen.
A new IMAX film, "Ohio: Wild at Heart," opened to the public Saturday at COSI.
The documentary, produced in partnership with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, takes audiences on a breathtaking journey through the state’s landscapes and wildlife celebrating the resilience and renewal found in nature across the Buckeye State.
Ohio State football legend Archie Griffin narrates the film as the audience is taken from the shores and islands of Ohio down to the tip of Appalachia.
ODNR Director Mary Mertz said the goal is to remind Ohioans just how much natural beauty surrounds them and to inspire conservation efforts for generation
