A house in Ewing that sold for $737,900 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Trenton area in the past week.

In total, 52 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $245,592, or $140 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $365K, detached house at 135 Keswick Ave.

A sale has been finalized for a single-family house at 135 Keswick Ave. in Ewing. The price was $365,000. The house was built in 1956 and the living area totals 1,413 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $258. The deal was finalized on Sep. 22.
