GARNER, N.C. (WTVD) -- Garner Police Department and Wake County EMS were called to WakeMed Garner Healthplex on Saturday morning following a report of a shooting.

The call came in around 9 a.m.

The hospital is located in the 400 block of US-70 in Garner.

No details were released regarding injuries or arrests.
