A house in Sewell that sold for $875,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Washington Township in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 29 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $433,069. The average price per square foot was $213.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A detached house at 203 Chatham Road in Blackwood, has been sold. The price was $450,000. The house was built in 1959 and has a living area of 1,536 square feet. The price per square foot was $293. The deal was finalized on Oct. 16.
