ATLANTA — With temperatures expected to drop as low as 20 degrees early into the week of Nov. 9, warming centers are opening their doors to residents around metro Atlanta.
11Alive's Weather Impact team is reporting that the first freeze of the season is likely to happen following the arrival of Arctic air from over the weekend.
Anyone looking for a place to escape the frigid temperatures can check out the list below:

In-take time: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 9, and Monday, Nov. 10
Info: Those in need of a place to stay should arrive before doors close at 9 p.m. Dinner and breakfast will be offered. Pets are also welcome and will be fed.
Gwinnett County
