NORCROSS, Ga. — A man was indicted after law enforcement seized a total of 325 pounds of meth from a storage facility in Norcross.

On October 10, Marco Cueto-Rosales was observed entering an outdoor storage unit and moving items around in plastic tote bins and trash bags, according to the U.S. Attorney's Atlanta Office. The same day, the attorney's office states, the Gwinnett County Police Department took one of their K9 officers to the storage unit and were alerted to the odor of narcotics.

Cueto-Rosales was then detained by Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents, and they later determined he was an undocumented immigrant.

“Cueto-Rosales, who was illegally in the United States, allegedly hid a large amount of methamphetamine in a public storage unit,” said U.S. Attorney Theodore
