ATLANTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A Gwinnett Technical College student was arrested and accused of filming a female student in a restroom, according to documents.

Documents say that Andre Phillips allegedly recorded a student in a women’s restroom on Tuesday.

Phillips, 19, has been charged with unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance.

Deputies converge in front of Augusta Mall for fight involving knife

Richmond County Sheriff’s Office went to the Augusta Mall Friday evening for a fight involving a knife.
