Grand theft vehicle: Clarence Avenue

A resident at 3:52 p.m. Oct. 30 reported their son’s car was missing. The victim was a student at St. Edward’s High School and had parked the car nearby on Clarence Avenue near Detroit Avenue in the morning.

Grand theft vehicle: Detroit Avenue

A resident of the Westerly Apartments on Detroit Avenue near Lincoln Avenue reported at 7:22 p.m. Oct. 30 that her vehicle was missing from the parking lot. The vehicle was entered into a police computer database as stolen. It was recovered, towed, and released to the owner the next day, according to a police department event report.
