Michael Stewart has accused officials of a VAR offside "cover up" during St Mirren's 3-0 defeat to Hibs . ‌

Stephen Robinson 's side thought they'd taken an early lead through Marcus Fraser's header, only for a VAR check to disallow the goal for offside. ‌

Replays showed Fraser marginally ahead of the lines drawn in the VAR studio. ‌

However, co-commentator Stewart noticed a difference between the shots shown and is claiming a mistake was made with the positioning of the first blue line, which was then redrawn in an attempt to maintain the offside call.

He also claimed that a different frame was used for the second image showing the lines drawn.
