SARATOGA SPRINGS - After falling short in last year's Class C final against Stillwater, the Galway volleyball team was motivated to return to the top of the heap.

The top-seeded Golden Eagles did just that, sweeping third-seeded Fonda-Fultonville in a battle of Western Athletic Conference rivals in the Section 2 Class C championship Saturday at Saratoga Springs High School by scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-19.
