Penn State played perhaps their best game of the season Saturday at Beaver Stadium. The problem was they were up against the No. 2 team in the country, Indiana, who played just a little bit better.
The Hoosiers drove 80 yards in 10 plays with no time outs in the final 2:00, capping it off with an incredible Fernando Mendoza 7-yard game-winning touchdown pass to wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr. who managed to get a foot in bounds in the back of the end zone.
The Nittany Lions fall to 3-6 on the season and travel to East Lansing, MI to take on Michigan State next Saturday.
