Wisconsin takes another huge blow at quarterback
Wisconsin has proven to have the worst luck at quarterback. After losing starter Billy Edwards Jr. shortly after the start of the season, there was no longer depth at the position.
Badgers quarterback Danny O'Neil was the latest to be sidelined. The one-time backup turned starter was carted off the field and into the locker room after injuring his leg in the first quarter of Wisconsin’s game against No. 23 Washington on Saturday.
The San Diego State transfer took off on a run and immediately went back down while grabbing his right leg. Wisconsin later announced that O'Neil would miss the rest of the game with what was officially ruled a lower-body injury.
